THE BLOG I FORGOT TO PUBLISH It’s October…. THINK PINK!

Every time I hear of someone whether it be a family friend, associate or even a stranger being diagnosed with cancer it breaks my heart. I’ve only known of one person in my entire life to die of cancer. She wasn’t my relative but with the relationship she had with my mother she might as well have been. I saw this woman… big and strong whither down to a frail, weak and fragile child. Before, she towered over me and the last time I saw her before her death she was unbelievably small. It was then that I realized how painful mentally and physically it is for a person affected by cancer and for the family of a person who’s dying or has died from the disease.

But this blog isn’t about sad and tragic stories of loved ones dying from cancer. It’s about how we can celebrate the month of October in pink… The color of cancer awareness!!

Here’s a list of some of my favorite PINK makeup products for the casual wearer to the woman soon to be wed. There’s just something about pink that tends to make you look and feel beautiful. Let’s do it for this month!!
